Water Activities and Beaches

There are the usual water activities for you to experience, surfing, snorkeling, and swimming, of course. Add the experience of a deep dive submarine trip. You will dive over 100 feet deep, around the reef and a sunken ship to explore the mysterious marine life. Later, take an evening sail to experience the sunset on the water like no other. Whatever you do, don’t forget to take a humpback whale watching tour if you come from December through April. This is when the whales migrate to these waters from the colder Alaskan waters for the winter. These creatures are stunning, you will want to catch sight of them if you can.

Being blessed with the best beaches in the world, Maui will not disappoint you in that arena. Dig your toes into the Golden sand beaches here in Lahaina. Come to Baby Beach for its tranquility and calm waves. Near Front Street, you will find Lahaina Beach. Then visit the Banyon Tree, the oldest living tree on Maui, which is not far from Lahaina Beach.

Attractions and Restaurants

You will not regret taking the time to catch the Royal Lahaina Luau. Treat your party to the longest-running oceanfront luau in Maui. You will be treated like royalty to a magnificent meal, live Hawaiian music, hula dances that have originated in New Zealand, Hawaii, and Samoa, and finishing with a fire dance performance by the full cast. While the food in Lahaina is as varied as it is delicious, you should definitely visit Warren and Annabelle’s dinner theater. You will enjoy a rotating roster of magicians, they intersperse magic and comedy appropriate for all ages. Another not to be missed magic dinner theater is the Kupanaha (Ka’anapili Dinner Theater). You are treated to a three-course meal, Blue Hawaii cocktails, and fast-paced illusions. Top off your special meal with some shaved ice!
